The book presents an adaptation of the famous novel by the English writer Oscar Wilde. The novel 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' still astonishes readers with its amazing combination of simplicity and almost transparent plot lines, vivid imagery, and the deepest philosophical metaphors. The image of the main character and the twists of his fate make us think about how ghostly ideals of external beauty often lead a person away from understanding true beauty, make him vulnerable to temptations, force him to make mistakes, and even commit serious misdeeds.
