This monograph sums up the results of many years of theoretical and empirical studies of the author’s personality staff of the criminal, criminal behavior and prevention of crimes. The authors tried to consider problems that were not previously illuminated in the criminological literature or clearly studied. On already well -known issues, for example, about the motives of criminal behavior, new judgments have been expressed. The issues of the prevention of criminal behavior are closely related to the identity of the criminal and the mechanisms of criminal behavior, the prevention, figuratively speaking, is withdrawn from the personality and behavior of the criminal.
