Blavatsky, tells about the long and difficult path of disciples ascending to spiritual heights. She narrates about Karma-yoga, about purifying the soul and body, about controlling thoughts, about meditation, about trials and dedications. She also talks about the methods of the science of the future and about possible directions and trends in the development of human civilization.
