The work is devoted to the study of the nature of electricity and light, two fundamental phenomena.
The process of spreading light and transmission of electric energy is determined by the properties of a physical vacuum. The vacuum consists of cells with the parameters proposed by M. Plank. The cells are united by fundamental interaction. This interaction has components: strong (nuclear), electric and magnetic fields. There are only two stable elementary particles: electron and proton. They are sources of all three fields. In the atoms, a strong field of nuclei is not balanced by the fields of electrons, so there is a strong field around atoms. This field determines the interaction of atoms in the bodies. The magnetic field of the body is manifested when the magnetic moments of electrons are oriented in one direction. The electric field of the body is manifested when the dipole moments of atoms are guided in one direction. Under normal conditions, there are no free charges in the guides, there are no currents. The power of the transmitted electric energy determines the poeter vector. Light is distribution with the speed from the field of excitation of the vacuum field inherent in strong interaction.
