The release goes to the anniversary for the publication for a year - 70 years from the date of foundation - and opens with materials on its history. The problems of the history of the church and monasteries, medieval law, politics and culture are revealed in articles of domestic and foreign researchers. A special section is assigned to the analysis of the methods of representing individual social groups and a medieval society as a whole using theatrical performances. The traditional column "Multi -faced medievalism" provides its pages to the Center for History of Historical Thought Ivi RAS. The release contains publications of sources translations, as well as information about new archival finds. As always, reviews of domestic and foreign publications occupy a large place.
