The collective monograph explores the theoretical and practical aspects of studying the educational potential of the media sphere as a space for the development of legal culture and human rights culture in modern Russia. The authors analyze the conceptual positions of contemporary humanitarian science, such as the digital age, global transformations, educational resources of the media sphere, legal culture, human rights culture, media culture, media education, media literacy, and others. The book pays special attention to new educational resources of the media sphere in the system of legal education of individuals. The publication is aimed at specialists in the humanities (cultural studies, journalists, psychologists, legal philosophers), teachers in schools and universities, representatives of jurisprudence, young scientists - all those involved in the problems of modernizing contemporary Russian education, including media education.
