Based on the extensive archival materials of a number of countries, the life path of one of the brightest leaders of the International Socialist Movement of Bulgarine Kryster (Christian) of the Rakovsky, prominent Centrianist II II, which became the Bolshevik after 1917, is considered in detail. The authors traced the role of Rakovsky as the state leader of Ukraine - the chairman of its government, his courageous struggle for the true equality of the republic as part of the USSR, against the Stalinist course for unification, disclosed the attempts of the Rakovsky Europeanization of the USSR, when he was a plenipotentiary representative in Great Britain and France. The study tells expressively against countering the Rakovsky establishment of Stalin"s one-owned, staying in the link, return to Moscow to the secondary post and repristed with it. The attention and personal life of the hero, his family and empty connections, his family and relatives are given.
