The monograph discusses modern preferential trade agreements as part of the International Trade Regulatory System. The WTO rules governing the creation of free trade zones and customs unions are paid. An analysis of the phenomenon of global production systems is given. The mechanisms for protecting markets are described in detail using preferential rules of origin of goods. Particular attention is paid to mega-regional preferential trade agreements, such as Trantee Partnership, Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership. The specificity of the formation of an institutionally homogeneous environment for business functioning in countries of different levels of socio-economic development has been revealed. The basic principles underlying the Eurasian Economic Union are considered.
