The paper reviewed the complex of manuscripts stored in the RGB, RNB, Ban and Gim, which was once a single historical work with the presentation of events from the creation of the world until 1567 (in the form that was reached up to us) The main task of the authors is the consideration of the method of working with the complex as a whole, since the disparated existence and study of individual fragments was the cause of many myths in almost all aspects of the story of the folding of the facial chronicle arch. According to the authors, the study of the scattered complexes should be based on their description, excluding arbitrariness in the interpretation of both individual fragments and manuscripts in general. The authors proposed a reference polist description of two parts of the facial arch, which corrected the shortcomings of the existing publication of their text and information about the miniatures of the manuscript published so far. The book is addressed to specialists in the history of the domestic medieval and, in particular, the chronicle, it can be useful to students and graduate students.
