In 2009, at the age of 22, he founded his own marketing agency. From 2009 to 2017, he held the main marketing seminar in Russia, owned four restaurants, closed and reopened his agency, got a job and was fired, experienced several bankruptcies, a heart stoppage, and a serious personal life drama. In 2018, he founded the development company 'Creators' with partners, which at the time of the book's publication owns a land bank of 206,000 sq. m of housing. In 2019, 'Creators' became the number 1 brand in Russia according to the Association of Real Estate Market Professionals (Repa). In 2021, Ilya was officially recognized as the Person of the Year in the real estate market in Russia by the prestigious federal award Urban Awards. His company DeVision is one of the leaders in the CIS in design, branding, and consulting for developers, and the real estate forum 'Movement' is the most visited private event for developers in the CIS.
