This dictionary includes brief information about representatives of the highest civilian officials of Russia began the beginning of the XVIII - early XX centuries. - persons who had in the actual service of civilian or courtiers of the first four classes on the table of ranks (for the XVIII century - also the fifth grade) In total, more than 22 thousand people took into account the dictionary.
