The presented monograph considers the Institute for the Liberation of Medical Organizations from civil liability for harm caused to the life (health) of patients in the provision of medical services.
Theoretical provisions considered by the author are illustrated by numerous examples from judicial practice in civil matters in the field of medical activity.
