The set of "Heroes City" is dedicated to the heroic feat of 12 cities and one fortress of the former USSR during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945).
Laconic texts of pictures contain:
- Description of the city defenders
- the names of the battleships, the names of the heroes of defense and commander,
- a brief description of the events of war-related battles for the city,
- Conclusions about the value of the city defense for the victory of our country,
- Description of monuments dedicated to the war.
Information is divided into easy to memorize blocks. Knowledge are made compressed, but in a sufficient for the child 6-11 years old.
Photos of memorial complexes and monuments will help the child to present places of historical events, introduce to other cities and their attractions,
Make a story about the defense of the city with figurative and interesting.
Pictures are suitable for individual and group work. We recommend using all thematically associated kits of the "Great Victory" series.
