The collection contains materials from the All-Russian scientific and practical conference held in June 2021 at the Institute of Public Administration on the eve of the tragic date - the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The theoretical and practical aspects of the main events on the eve and the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, which brought sorrow and suffering to millions of Soviet people, are considered.
