The book presents the experience of the study of the rule of law and the legal state with the appeal to lexicography, semiotics, anthropology in the ethical, etological and in other contexts. The authors associate these right-frames with the old faith in the law, which continues and competes with which the arrogant faith in the rules will. The presentation is oriented towards human nature in its dispensing attractions, up to biologically determined. The Board of Law and the Legal State are represented in kinship and differences, in the political and legal motives of the social person, in the symptoms of their modern state and prospects. In the manner of natural extensive impersonal, the authors avoid the teachings, leaving, mainly for the reader the final judgments, and only in the final essay of the nodody insist on "excuse of" rights.
