The collection presents the materials of experts prepared for the International Conference Russian Food Strategy in Globalization (2011-2031) (Moscow, Ranjigs, 2011) and processed specifically for this book. For the first time, the future of the Russian food system is considered under conditions when Russian (and world) medical science is recommended to drastically reduce the norms of human energy supply. This decision will cause radically changing benchmarks in the development of agriculture and the food industry. In fact, a new paradigm of the formation of a modern food system is proposed. Not only its large-scale modernization is to be, but also a very serious explanatory work among the population. Many questions affected in the book require further study of science and verification in practice.
