The dependence of the speed of the chemical reaction from the magnitude of the affinity of the electron of interacting atoms by the author was found and used in industrial activities in the late 70s. The last century in the state-25 of the USSR MO in eliminating the causes of arbitrary decomposition of hydrogen peroxide during its storage in the means of weapons. The borders of the propagation of this dependence were not already installed, therefore it was given the name of the pattern of interaction of atoms of chemical elements depending on the magnitude of their affinity to the electron.
The effectiveness of the affinity of the atom to the electron in the organization of chemical reactions was evaluated by the development and test of the technology of passivation of torpedo weapons operating at hydrogen peroxide, the purpose of which is an increase in the combat readiness of the Navy underwater ships. At the same time, it was found that the composition of the passivation reagents, chosen by their affinity of them to the electron, increases the period of combat readiness of the torpedoes on ships, 5-6 times.
Thus, the developed technology and information obtained during its test became the result of an experiment confirming the high efficiency of the affinity of the atom to the electron used, as a measure of the reactivity of chemical elements
