P.D. Supenssky begins his book with what tells about the essence of the "fourth way system" and briefly formulates its main ideas. And then specifies them in responses to the questions that students were asked from different countries.
From the point of view of the author, we do not even use the small part of their abilities and strength. We are born to live in four states of consciousness, but, in fact, we are constantly only in two of them: either we sleep or "awake". But in the latter case, according to Assumption, a person acts only as an "car, which automatically responds to external circumstances. But in our power it is different to use what is given to us. The airplane can become a wagon, if you harbor horses, and can soar in the sky.
