The monograph discusses the issues of the emergence and strengthening at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries of international anti-corruption electoral standards, which found formal reflection in the UN Convention against Corruption of 2003 and in a number of recommendatory acts of the pan-European legal space. Particularly noticeable is the development of two directions of such legal standards: guarantees of transparency of financing of electoral campaigns and political parties, and anti-corruption requirements for candidates for elective positions. The book contributes to introducing modern foreign anti-corruption literature and international anti-corruption documents into Russian legal science. The legislation is provided as of December 1, 2022. The monograph will be useful for lawyers, specialists in the field of public and municipal administration, as well as political scientists.
