The monograph is dedicated to the Russian pension system. The first section provides an economic and social analysis of reforms in Russia over the past 30 years, including the transformation of the economy and the shift from administrative to market economy carried out in 1991-2000, the financial crisis, and the economic recovery of Russia in 2001-2010. It also discusses the sources of economic growth in Russia, the economic strategy, and the future of Russia in the conditions of Western sanctions after 2022. The second section explores the development of the Russian pension system during the economic transformation period, examines the reform of the Russian pension system in 2001-2021, and proposes methodologies for calculating earnings and pension capital for scientists and military personnel.
