On December 25, 1991, at 10 hours 38 minutes, the flag of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was launched over the dome of the Senate of the Moscow Kremlin. And the next day, in the same place, in the Kremlin, a session of the Council of the Republic of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR adopted declaration No. 142-N on the formal law allowance of the Soviet Union. So quietly, almost everyday, the 70-year-old history of the last of the 20th century ended.
Since then two word of decades have passed-a whole generation ... The farther in time we have been moving away from those days, the warmer we relate to the clever power. Moreover, we hear more confidently about the largest geopolitical disaster to the events of twenty -five years ago. And this is already an unfriendly and myrrhic property of human memory, it is a sign of deceived expectations and an inexhaustible ailment. This is a diagnosis of today"s time.
The past is drawn to the past when not everything is okay.
