The monograph contains a description of the grammatical structure of Darginsky Idioma of the village of Tantans, located in Central Dagestan and belonging to the Nakh-Dagestan language family, as well as a detailed discussion of a number of issues related to the interpretation of tantian language data. The Tantantian idiom is characterized by complex and extraordinary systems of the registered and verbous word, which is characteristic of the Dagestan languages by Ergativity, on which, however, is imposed by a rare personal coordination for the family, and a number of other nontrivial traits. The work specifically considers the specifics of the designs of the nominal group, verbal structures, the syntactic structure of simple proposals of various communicative types, the category of coordination. The monograph also includes a small building of tantian texts and vocabulary materials
