The three-volume course of general physics, created by the professor of the Moscow Engineering Institute, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the RSFSR, laureate of the USSR State Prize I.V. Savelyev, introduces students to the basic ideas and methods of physics. Particular attention is paid to the clarification of the meaning of physical laws and their conscious application.
The third volume contains a presentation of material on quantum optics, atomic physics, solid physics, atomic nucleus physics and elementary particles.
The textbook is intended for technical universities with an extended physics program, but the presentation is built in such a way that by lowering individual points, the book can be used for stoves with a regular program
