The leadership is written in accordance with the current concept of the development of primary health care, the effectiveness of which largely depends on the professional training of highly qualified personnel and the equipment of medical institutions.
For the first time, chronological parallels were carried out between the processes of the development of the embryo /fetus and the placenta and changes in the mother’s body characteristic of each trimester of pregnancy, which allows us to understand the need to use certain methods of examination in each of these periods of pregnancy.
Pregnancy complications are set forth, also in accordance with those trimesters of pregnancy, when they are detected most often. A generally accepted approach to the management of patients is presented according to modern clinical recommendations developed by the National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Acad. IN AND. Kulakova ”, the Russian Society of Obstetro-Gynecologists and approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia.
