The book for the first time offers the reader to the reader Karaite historical chronicles from the Chufut-Kale period of the joining of the Crimean Peninsula to the Russian Empire. These texts translated by the author from Hebrew are narrated by both the events of the conquest of Crimea by Russian troops and the position of the Karaite community in this stormy era. They reflect the worldview, values and a look at the history of chronicists, representatives of the traditional Karaites before their communities were subjected to modernization processes.
