The purpose of the textbook is to help students master the content of the course “The concept of modern natural science”, dedicated to the fundamental sphere of modern culture - science. The manual focuses on the formation of competencies provided for by the Federal State Educational Standard in the undergraduate in socio -humanitarian areas of training. The textbook allows students on practical material to deepen theoretical knowledge about the features of the modern natural-scientific picture of the world on the basis of a holistic scientific view of the world around the world, about the directions of the influence of the natural-scientific picture of the world on socio-humanities and practice. The manual represents test and creative tasks grouped by the topics of the course, which allows the choice of material in accordance with the educational program mastered by the student. The assignments presented in the manual were tested during the teaching of the course “The Concept of Modern Science” at the Humanities of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
