The monograph describe the pedagogical concept of phenologic work at the stage of primary general education. On the basis of a retrospective analysis of the application of observations of seasonal changes in nature, the identification of the structure of the junior schoolboy is proposed a model for the formation of universal training actions through fenological work. A pedagogical experiment is given and its results are discussed.
