The work is devoted to the analysis of the reform of civil proceedings in Russian legislation. Changes in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, adoption and entry into force of the Code of Administrative proceedings of the Russian Federation, significant changes to the APC of the Russian Federation and the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, as well as the development of the draft Unified Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation - all these are milestones and signs of significant reform of civilistic procedural legislation. In this monograph, to one degree or another, they are considered and evaluated, as well as proposals and forecasts are expressed. The legislation is provided as of May 1, 2016 for legal scientists, practical lawyers, participants in legislative activities, teachers, graduate students, undergraduates and students of law universities and faculties, as well as for everyone who is interested in modern issues of procedural law
