The book of the founder of the first Pirate Party of Rick Falvin and the Deputy of the European Parliament Christian Enntsstram is devoted to the problem of copyright, that is, the copyright itself as a problem for the further development of culture. Arriving in the XVII-XVIII centuries, the Institute of Copywood as a limited monopoly of the content industry, partially provided its production, evolved only in one direction - strengthening and expanding this monopoly. In the current form, copywrites lost its social efficiency and turned from a relatively useful condition for the Creator to the obstacle to the development of culture as a whole. So what? And why? And how to be with it?
