There are rumors about a god who grants wishes. Long ago, people used to worship him and even set up idols in his honor. Anyone could come and play with the god. It is said that initially the game was very simple: there were several stones in a box or bowl, three of which were black. A person would make a wish or ask a question they wanted to address to the god, and then draw a lot. A white stone was considered lucky, and the drawing on it was interpreted as an answer. A black stone meant loss. The person who drew it usually died within a year.
Nikita and his friends knew nothing about these dark rituals or bloodthirsty gods. They were planning to have a fun Halloween in the long-abandoned village called Morcina Mountain, telling each other scary stories and playing board games. But the carefree students could never have imagined that every year on the eve of All Saints' Day, Morcina Mountain becomes a portal to the world of the dead. And the living have no place there.
