Ancient Chinese Treatise "Art of War", written more than two thousand years ago by the mysterious warrior and philosopher Sun Tzu, - Classical guidance on behavior strategy in conflicts of any level - from psychological rivalry to hostilities.
In this translation, the treatise is presented in the context of Taoist philosophy. Characteristic for Taoism, the idea of human nature, the essence of emerging conflicts and ways to resolve conflict situations make it possible to apply force without coarse violence and win before the open confrontation. For a clearer understanding of the ideas set forth in the treatise, its text is accompanied by comments by eleven Chinese strategists and military leaders.
