The monograph by O.G. Gerasimova is dedicated to the topic, which is not yet fully studied in domestic historiography. Attracting the extensive circle of sources, the researcher made an attempt to consider the life of the students of the country"s largest university - Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov for more than one and a half decades. The period covered in the book from 1953 to 1969, tightly saturated with changes in the political, economic, social and cultural spheres, is shown through the prism of student speeches at Komsomol meetings, in disputes and discussions, in the wall press, lithobobes and clubs in groups, in groups amateur performances, as well as through the work of youth at the well -known construction sites of those years
