The textbook is written in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the third generation. It considers topical issues of the theory and practice of the psychology of business communication in the field of tourism and socio-cultural activity. The issues of the psychological specifics of sales of a tourist product, the maintenance of tourists in the office, the features of business etiquette, the psychology of image, conflict, preparation and conduct of excursions are presented.
