The book is devoted to the study of the experience of the terrorist threat (TU) by the indirect victims of terrorist attacks - people who have witnessed terrorist attacks through television, radio broadcasts and other sources of information. The psychological, clinic attachment and socio-psychological effects of terrorist attacks, as well as their impact on the human psyche, manifested in various forms of mental disadaptation are discussed. Theoretical justifications and the results of many years of empirical study of the experience of the terrorist threat are presented, to measure which the original survey of the terrorist threat (wholesale) is developed and tested. The relationship of severity of that with the level of post-traumatic stress is established and it is shown that the high level of that acts for the vulnerable part of the population with a psychotrauming stressor. The levels of experience in different regions of the Russian Federation are compared
