The monograph presents the results of the first holistic study of the Tuvinian language temporary system in the dynamics of its development. The structural and semantic organization of the time fields of the Tuvinian language is described, taking into account the pragmatic features of a number of time forms. The common formants, the similarities and the difference between their semantics and their place in the verb paradigm in Tuvinsky and in the historically associated Ancienturgurian language, as well as in one area with the Tuvinian South-British Turkic languages are considered.
Analysis of the Tuvinian language temporary system, materials, conclusions and generalizations given in work can be used to clarify these descriptive grammar, creating textbooks in the Tuvinian language. The study is of interest to tuwinovadov, as well as turbologists and typologists working on grammar problems
