In monographs, there are current issues of technical regulation of the economy and entrepreneurship in the conditions of Russia"s accession to the WTO. In particular, the conceptual apparatus in the field of technical regulation is investigated, and the problems of improving the legislation on technical regulation are analyzed. Much attention is paid to such issues as the legal nature of technical regulations, standardization as a means of ensuring the competitiveness of domestic business, certification of products, works and services, state control (supervision) for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations.
