The author of this deck is known to the reader as a practicing runologist who knows his craft well. In most of his books, Andrey Delyan prefers to work not so much with the classical meanings of runes, but with rituals and ceremonies. In his deck, somewhat conventionally named 'Tarot', he addresses the same motifs, clothing them in Egyptian realities this time. Anubis is one of the gods of ancient Egypt and is associated with the world of the dead, where he guides souls to the realm of the dead and judges the souls of the deceased, weighing their hearts on his scales. Depending on whether the heart, burdened with sins, outweighs, the further fate of the soul is decided. These qualities of the god Anubis are conveyed through the deck in order to facilitate a conscious transformation of one's soul and thereby reduce the "weight" of one's heart. The deck of cards was developed by Andrey Delyan specifically for meditations and rituals. Each card possesses strong transformational properties and helps to address internal and external issues of various kinds.
