Tales of the Northern Winds.
The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of National Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The book for children and teenagers includes 12 original fairy tales, written based on the myths, legends, and traditions of the Komi people. The book's special value is its strong local history foundation. The action of each tale unfolds in the conditions of a particular area of the Republic of Komi, the European North of Russia as a whole, so magical events intertwine with history and our life. The special section 'Fairy-tale North' contains interesting information about these regions. The publication can serve as a wonderful gift for schoolchildren and, as evidenced by the recommendation of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth Policy of the Republic of Komi, be used in the school educational process.
