Two volumes of the series "Security of Russia" are dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. This volume summarizes the experience of setting and conducting jointly RAS and EMERCOM of Russia for the period of 1990-2015 joint system scientific research and applied developments in the field of analysis, prevention and elimination of emergency, natural-technogenic, anthropogenic-adigns of natural situations.
In the six sections of volume, the results of domestic systemic fundamental, search and applied studies of laws and scenarios of emergency situations are analyzed. The goals, objectives, stages and results of the analysis of interacting hazardous processes in nature and the technosphere for establishing and reducing strategic risks of emergency situations are presented.
