This yearbook is the sixth volume of systemic monitoring of global and regional risks, prepared under the fundamental research program (HSE) "monitoring of the risks of socio-poly-thawed destabilization in the" Afrazian "zone of instability" (head - Professor A. V. Korotaev ).
This monitoring release is almost entirely devoted to the analysis of events in Ukraine. Only the article N. S. Rosova is theoretical work on complex problems of interrupting and new acquisition of legitimacy as a result of revolutions, and Article A. A. Romanchuk is dedicated to social conflicts in Moldova, but both are well complemented and create a wider background for the leading topic of monitoring . Events in Ukraine are analyzed in the present issue of "monitoring" from different angles, but, of course, the analysis of this kind of large-scale shocks always remains incomplete and in something fragmented
