The seventh volume of the Synergetic Paradigm series, produced by the publishing house since 2000, is devoted to the problems of understanding the phenomenon of the complexity and processes of innovative development. "Difficulty" and "Innovation" are umbrella interdisciplinary terms that are widely used in modern natural -scientific and socio -humanitarian research.
