The main task of the book is to teach consciously approach the artistic text as a whole, considering it in the unity of form and ideological content. All aspects of the stylistics studied by modern scientists were reflected in this book. Functional stylistics, lexicological stylistics, theory of images, stylistic analysis at the level of phonetics and morphology - this is not a complete list of questions considered in the book. Analysis of expressive and visual funds is carried out on a linguistic database, which allows students to improve knowledge of language. Theoretical material of the manual is illustrated by examples from the works of original literature. A special place in the manual is assigned to the general problems of stylistics in its connection with other disciplines.
