Study of the strength properties of grain material

The manual reflects the mechanical and technological foundations of grain grinding in the process of flour production, which are linked to the physical and mechanical properties of grain materials. The most fully considered materials regarding the effects of pendulum surfaces on the process of destroying individual grain. The developed program for automated control and evaluating the grinding process with a convenient interface is also described in determining the energy costs and used in learning students. This manual is intended for students of the specialty “Technological machines and equipment”, “Food products from plant materials”, “Informatics, computer technology”, as well as researchers and specialists in the field of grain processing and computer equipment
