Annotation to the book "Study to the History of the Opera"
The book continues the 3-volume author"s encyclopedia "of the chronicle of the world opera. 1600-2000 ". In the center of the "Etudes" is the Opera universe, its magic. The phenomenon of opera drama, its important phenomena are determined. Historical sections concentrate the work of 61 composers - leading masters of the musical theater. The VIV parts of "Critic" collected articles about the theater of the late XX - early XXI centuries (1991-2010) These are evidence of the events of the 400th anniversary of the opera and its historical transition to the new era. Non Finito is dedicated to an acute authority problem in the modern directorial theater.
The book reflects the composition of the opera in 4 acts (three historical and the last act - criticism) with a theoretical prologue, two intermenso, overture and non finito.
