Structure of Matter. Educational manual

The textbook covers the nature of elementary particles, the structure of atoms and molecules, the nature of chemical bonding, the structure and properties of elementary semiconductors and compounds of the AIIIBV type, the nature of bonding in such compounds, the electronic structure of metals and their crystallographic structures, the structure of solid solutions, the basics of theoretical nanomaterials science, the nature of nanoscale effects and low-atom cluster formations. A large number of original computational problems for the course 'Structure of Matter' are provided. The textbook is of interest to students of chemical and chemical-technological faculties of universities studying the course 'Structure of Matter' and related disciplines, as well as to university professors teaching these subjects.
