Structural changes in the professional education system

The monograph is devoted to the modernization of Russian education, where, as one of the priority measures, the optimization of vocational education institutions, the formation of government assignments to educational institutions for training on the basis of monitoring the labor market. Theoretical foundations and mechanisms for the restructuring of professional educational institutions, the process of structural, functional and informative restructuring of the system, correlated with the regional characteristics of a network of educational institutions of vocational education are presented. This process is among the main strategic directions of the reform of the education system, the implementation of which will achieve the new quality of Russian education.
