The monograph is devoted to the problem of immunodeficiency in athletes. A review of domestic and foreign literature illuminating this issue is presented, the results of their own studies are presented. The work proposed the author"s concept of etiopathogenesis. View from athletes. It is shown that the decrease in immunity is one of the important signs of a violation of the overall adaptation of the athlete body to the conditions of sports activities. The author introduces modern approaches to the diagnosis of sports immunodeficiency - from the cheapest to expensive. Much attention is paid to the immunocorrection of athletes and its difference from the treatment of other secondary immunodeficiency. Examples of diagnosis are given.
