This Dictionary is a composition of three frequency dictionaries, each of which has its own body of texts: 1) the texts of nine Moscow and St. Petersburg newspapers in 1997, 2) a set of "Independent newspaper" for 1996-2000, 3) the housing of newspaper headings 1991-2000 The total volume of three buildings is 50 million words of the text. The printed version of the dictionary presents 52 thousand different words, in the electronic version the dictionary exceeds 140 thousand different words, in the same place the reader will find the corresponding reverse dictionary.
In the second volume of the dictionary, tables of the distribution of vocabulary on newspapers, genres and topics will be given, the electronic version will include tables of binary phrases
