Today R is an unconditional leader among freely distributed statistical analysis systems. Leading universities in the world, analysts of the largest companies and research centers regularly use R when carrying out scientific and technical calculations and the creation of large information projects. The wide teaching of statistics on the basis of this system and all-in support by the scientific community led to the fact that the briefing of the code of code in R language gradually becomes a generally recognized standard both in journal publications and in informal communication of scientists of the whole world. This book complements the small (so far) collection of works on R in Russian, summarizing and significantly expanding the combination of guidelines, published earlier by one of the authors in the blog
"R: Data analysis and visualization" (http://r-analytics.blogspot.com).
The book is addressed to students, graduate students, as well as young and held scientists who wish to master the classic and modern methods of data analysis using R.
In this book, the reader will find:
- a detailed description of the language R and the basic graphic capabilities of the system,
- available outlined descriptions of common data processing procedures and building statistical models illustrated by several dozen examples,
- numerous fragments of R code, which can be easily modified for your own purposes,
- Recommendations for interpretation and presentation of the results obtained
