State regulation of the economy

The theoretical foundations of the formation of economic policies, the processes of adopting management decisions on the macro level in the conditions of a transitional and market economy are considered. Particular attention is paid to the development of the target orientation of the market transformation of Russian society. The instruments are described by the Government and Central Bank to implement the objectives of the budget and tax and monetary regulation of the National Economy.
